Butte Mt is one of the greatest towns in Mt. The history here goes back decades. So much to learn here. Not only that the out door activities are out of this world plus we are the only town with the open container law for in a way we are known as the party town so why not uphold that.

Katie, I fully intend to move to Butte ASAP---hopefully, next summer---and I if I get lucky, perhaps you'll become a new friend! I grew up in Wallowa County, a beautiful mountain town in northeastern Oregon, and I've lived in many places in the U.S. And now I have chosen Butte, preferably high up on The Hill, as the place I want to land for keeps. Yes, I have visited Butte on multiple occasions. No, I have not visited in winter, but cold and snow don't scare me. As for the people, it is my experience that one gets out of relationships pretty much what one puts into them---and I am looking forward to becoming a contributing member of the Butte community!
